Dragonflies is a class for ages 4 to 6.  At this age, kids are just learning how to take instruction, follow rules and be aware of their surroundings.  We offer four, 30-minute classes each week that focus on martial arts basics, balance and flexibility, exercise and include fun games and drills to help with respect, focus and listening skills.  Basic kicks, punches and blocks are taught, always with the guidance of when, where and how it appropriate to use these martial arts skills.  They also learn real life skills that will help them in school, at home and into their future.  

​Dragonfly group class schedule:

• Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday     5:00pm - 5:30pm
• Saturday  9:30am - 10:00am

​We make getting started easy. Drop your email in the form at the top of the page.  You'll receive an email with your pass for a free 30 minute private intro class and our current schedule.  Now just come in for your first class.  We'll get you set up and show you around.  We want you to try a class first and really find out what the Boca Raton Karate & Kickboxing Academy is all about.  That's it.  Now, we know the first class can be intimidating so please contact as if you have any questions about our school and what we do.  You can also schedule a free 30 minute intro class to jump start your training.  Again, just call.   561-926-1846
