​I have been going to Boca Raton Karate and Kickboxing for over two years. I travel for work and have a difficult schedule. the flexibility of nthe payment program makes it really easy to train when I am in town or at a person's individual pace. The adult classes are great for any skill level. anyone in between novice to advanced will get lots of personal attention and you will be partnered with a similar skill level. You never have to spar unless you want to, but sparring with advanced students or the instructor is available for those interested in taking that step. either way, everyone is very respectful of your individual goals and comfort level. the instructors, Doug and Patty are fantastic. Really great at making the atmosphere fun, but challenging at the same time. I highly recommend giving it a try.
